Troy is an experienced Loan Origination Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry and has been involved in over $2 billion of commercial real estate transactions.   Troy joined Center Street Lending in 2019 and specializes as a private money lender focused on providing capital to residential and multi-family real estate investors.

Troy is not only highly experienced in real estate transactions, but he is also an experienced CRE fund portfolio manager for a high-yield debt fund with $250 million of capital commitments. Additionally, Troy has a background in public accounting and completed two tours in the United Kingdom with a "Big Four" public accounting firm where he performed transaction advisory due diligence and audit services.

Troy earned an MBA in Finance and a BBA in accounting from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.
